    Indeed, one of my colleagues (who admittedly works mainly at a permanent location, but does occasionally visit temp sites) has been told by his umrella company that he can no longer claim ANY T&S, whatever the circumstances. Bye Bye Brolly I think.

        Talk to Lucy at Contractor Umbrella on their understanding of your situation.

        Contractor Umbrella are regular posters on here and tried to fight the legislation. You can probably PM her.
