However it's stupid for the company or agency to request only you personally are covered as if you use a substitute or another employee of your company then they aren't automatically covered by the NDA. The NDA should cover your company, its officers and employees plus subcontractors to be worthwhile.
    It's not uncommon for every individual who works on a project to be required to sign an NDA. But I agree that it's daft to sign as an employee of the client. Representative maybe.

      Hi All,

      Thanks for all the responses. I was thinking exactly the same thing. QDOS have come back with a fail on a number of points aswell... so lets see whether they are willing to change things.

      It is a very interesting project... but really isn't worth getting treated like HMRCs cell mate!
