The precedent is that the speaker votes with the government in the event of a dead-heat. Very true. It does make me wonder (not for the first time) why there's been so much heartache about the WA when, assumably, any flaws or things that turn out to be not as expected, can be resolved in the futureOriginally posted by darmstadt View PostTalks on new trade deal would begin on Nov 1st inadvertently reminding the UK that the thorny bit of Brexit is still to come and exposing myth that leaving on 31st gets ‘Brexit done’ . Trade deal is much harder and its trade that splits parties. Brexit has only just begun.
