Assumption is that Boris will continue on the same path because you do not think he can change his views and therefore his fiscal policies based on new and emerging evidence.

Which is you bias against Boris.

The only view that Boris has is how to further his own persona agenda. He cares not about the UK or it's population.

Given the fact that he is happy to wreck the economy (according to any credible expert including the civil service) with a no-deal Brexit, what greater calamity needs to occur to reasonably expect for him to change his views?

The main argument against Corbin is that Labour government will increase taxes and borrowing to pay for the socialist agenda. Not much different to what Tories will have to do to pay for the no-deal Brexit according to official figures. With the big exception being that with Corbin we will at least have a healthyish economy to begin with, while with a no-deal Brexit the starting point will be an already wrecked economy.

Given that fact that as part of the EU we already have FTA with most of the top 20 economies, only a complete moron would believe we can "do better" on FTAs outside of the EU.

1. Not educating the lower rungs of society sufficiently well and
2. Compounding this issue by arranging society such that the lower orders have more time to breed due to being economically inactive, whilst the state pays for their offspring.
