Where I work they are already here in huge numbers. Companies have given up training young people or taking on graduate IT people, they simply order 500 bum on seat workers online and a week later they arrive in the office....

If they can’t get the manpower in large scale then they’d move operations elsewhere.

That was one of the (dodgier) selling points of Brexit wasn’t it? That being in the EU was racist and denying non-EU citizens the opportunities that FoM offered.

It’s almost as if the problem isn’t being in the EU, but the attitudes of U.K. businesses and the intra-company transfer rules that HMG implement....
