It's the future....Originally posted by Zigenare View PostGood luck with that one.

Cannot really understand why people are apprehensive of too much immigration and feel it may start to dilute the uniqueness of the receiving country.

As I recall it was not long ago that those of you that found the assault of a politician offensive (Jo Cox), now you seem to find it a big joke. A little hypocritical don't you think.Originally posted by AtW View PostComment

Murder != assault by battery.Originally posted by Yorkie62 View PostReally, so where do you draw the line with regard to assault? What is your self righteous book constitutes assault and what doesn't?
Assult by battery is little more than touching someone or throwing a none lethal substance over them. It is the lowest level of assault. So yeah that is where I draw the line.

The courts decide what is assault and what isn’t, and provides a relative scale of punishment if it does decide in favour.Originally posted by Yorkie62 View PostReally, so where do you draw the line with regard to assault? What is your self righteous book constitutes assault and what doesn't?
FYI, the relative scale of punishment for murder is higher than getting a suit a bit dirty.
Odd how you’re triggered by such a relatively low-level incident. Were you also triggered as badly by other acts against politicians, or is it only the right-wing ones that you don’t think can handle it and need your faux outrage?Comment

egging (I include tomatoes and milkshakes in that category) politicians is a long standing tradition in many countries around the world and is something that comes with the job.Originally posted by Yorkie62 View PostReally, so where do you draw the line with regard to assault? Physical assault hurting or killing someone is on a completely different levelComment
