How about Filet de Remain?
First take a large chicken.......then quickly remove the spine.
Place it in the oven until it is half-baked then change your mind and slide it out backwards.
Garnish with bullsh*t. And a huge pinch of salt.
Then try and convince your dinner guests that it was what they actually ordered.
