AWR and holiday pay - being told it's daily rate.

Everyone, thank you very much for clarifying.

By seasoned pros at contracting, I was told that the agency should set money aside - it's part of the fee they charge the company.

Just didn't quite understand why I would have been paid holiday for only an initial 4 weeks. Seems illogical if i'm not yet entitled to it.
