    CSA matters

Anyone had the (mis)fortune to have the CSA go through their books? If so, what happened?

If anyone has any info and would rather PM me than post in the forum please go ahead.

    Many thanks,
    RW.

    Older and ...well, just older!!

CSA may ask for your most recent tax statement from the Inland Revenue.

Child support liability is calculated on salary income only - dividends are ignored.

Courts know all about this and the opposition's solicitors may try to get a court order for child maintenance rather than relying on the CSA.

A few more details on where you are in proceedings would help.
