      I'd agree, I've recently switched from brolly to NW and they've been very good so far.

        I switched to NW when Giant stopped its MSC last year, and I also recommend them.

            Out of interest, is it normal for an accountant to not offer any advice unless it is in response to a direct question?
            This is the experience I have had with a couple of accountants now, including a large 'contractor' accountant with 3 initials. Uptons are much more proactive and give me a higher level of confidence...
            Older and ...well, just older!!
