So are people saying that umbrella companies are now legal as long as you don't claim any expenses that you are not entitled to?

I thought that umbrellas were illegal anyway because they are tax evasion vehicles?

I think you are getting Umrella companies confused with MSC's

I think thet major issue is regarding the existence of 'over arching contracts ' with these umbrella 'employees' and I'm sure a few of our legally minded posters will be able to shed more light on this
