Same here, resulting in a suspended PAC as well...so no telephone banking access until they post out a new one.

Ah, good news. Tragically, I have rather gotten used to writing cheques from my Cater Allen account.

writing the cheques is the easy part.

It's taking them to my bank to pay into my personal account that's the bugger.
