Is the LTD losing money because him and his wife are drawing funds out of it, or is it losing money for some other reason?
Why is an accountant asking contractors how accountancy works?

No, it's because of trading conditions, nothing to do with withdrawing funds from it. I never said he had a wife, so that's irrelevant to this.

If this forum never dealt with accountancy questions from accountants, then the number of posts would be much reduced. And judging by the diversity of views/opinions/advice I see posted on this site to accountancy questions I would posit the view that accountants don't always agree on the answer to accountancy related questions.
