    Year End

No problem ATW...without trying to sound like a blatant ad, our monthly charges include company secretarial work and we have a wide variety of clients, not just IT contractors so your type of scenario would be no problem.......and I'm sure the other accountants who frequent this board are in a similar position.

      Re: Year End

sounds good Darren, but what if I enter into very limited scale importing and sale of books via the net (can do all aggregations of transactions for easy processsing)? I suppose I could take care of all issues with Customs and Excise (should be easy since it appears that import of books does not incur duties and VAT), would that be a problem?

Not really, it's just another income stream and provided your records/spreadsheets are recording it as such, should not be a problem.
