Now Anne is telling me something else. As with every step of the way I have as I am sure everyone else has only gone with what they have been professionally advised to do. How can it be fraud?????
There appears to be a slight problem with there time machine. It only has a reverse gear. If only they'd had a fast forward look at 2015.
They are the ones that have constantly changed the rules. How the **** can it be fraud!!!
They clearly haven't watched Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure

Umm. Apart from the fact that numerous people have had their APNs cancelled. Whats that about? Any connection with the "fraud" angle?

Sorry, I didn't mean to get anyone's hopes up. I'm just happy with the responses I have seen on the forum to the fraud angle. Of course, we will be getting QC's advice on this.

Yes, I thought that the F word would scare everyone.

            I'm glad I was wrong.

Well from my perspective it is slightly worrying. However, the allegation is so ludicrous I am struggling to take it seriously. I have been under investigation for half my adult life and HMRC have only now 'discovered' a fraud angle. Pathetic!!!

But let me just share one her conclusions. Remember, she is an FTT Judge.

"It is extremely unlikely that HMRC would succeed in demonstrating fraud on the part of Mr A or Mr B."

Who do you trust? Her, or a couple of bullies from HMRC?
HMRC obviously!! After all they've proven themselves to be an honourable and trustworthy bunch with only the best interests of the taxpayer at heart!!!

PS. Does anyone know where I left my medication??

I have four APN time bombs to the value of about 65% of my exposure ticking away. I don't have that kind of wedge lying around and this whole saga is grinding us down now.

Sack it - pull the trigger DR. Let's roll and get a conclusion to this crock.
