Pls help with your suggestion! Urgent

Hi All, I am currently on Tier 2 General sponsored by umbrella company. I have got a new contract opportunity for 6 months starting in 2 weeks. But the new company HR said they will pay directly to my bank account deducting NI and other taxes. I am aware that as a Tier 2 contractor I have to get paid via my umbrella company as they do all my taxation..and all my previous contracts I got paid through them. My concern is
Can I get paid directly by the new employer who takes me on 6 months contract?
If I get paid directly for the 6 months contract will it be a problem in future when I get paid via my umbrella company for future contracts?

Please help me with your suggestion...I am confused! I have very less time to decide.

You should not be working through an umbrella company on a tier 2 visa [See page 18 here: https://www.gov.uk/government/upload...nce_11-14.pdf]. Sponsorship should only come from the company that you will actually doing the work for so it is correct that your new contract should be fixed term with the company. They will be responsible for PAYE rather than the umbrella company
