Default Circumcision
Was listening to the WS discussing circumcision, apparently the global rate is something like 30%, whereas in the Phillipines it is 98% - performed just before puberty *ouch*. Apparently world rates changed after the 1950s, somehow it doesn't fit with my observations. Most of the men I know have been circumcised, it could be something to do with age, so I thought I would ask the panel...

I am, probably because it is fairly normal in South Africa (and other hot countries).. My eldest son had his done when he was 6 weeks old.. The youngest is yet to have his done (just gone 8 weeks old)..

My mate's son had to have it done around age 13 due to it being too tight, so my mate decided to show him it wasn't that bad and had it done himself..
