I did ours myself. Didn't take long, and was basically all of the same stuff that was on the info sheet that went out with our invitations.

We stuck a few photos up after the big day, but it didn't get updated after that & I'm pretty sure the domain has lapsed now.

Was going to get my brother to just recreate it in joomla. Wasn't sure there was a great deal of cash in it though and couldn't get a decent URL.
