Supposedly caffeine doesn't actually wake you up; it's the withdrawl of caffeine that makes you tired.

I am starting to feel like that might be true. OTOH I did have quite a large lunch.

This is the first contract where they give FREE coffee / Tea to everyone.....
And its Real Coffee not the powered crap....

I worked at Unilever for a bit. We had a fridge with free walls ice creams in, including magnums. That was OK.

I've been laying off the stuff for a while. Just had two strong cups from the cafetiere. Yee hah! I'm on fire.

It's also caused me to have the most enormous dump I've had in months. It's better than my prescription laxatives!

I'm glad he had a dump. As a sufferer of chronic constipation I can appreciate the sublime nature of a damned good clear out.

Having a good clear out is great. As long as you make it out of bed and to the toilet first.

Exercise usually helps constipation - have you thought about doing some cycling or something?
