Its a risk log. With SY01 on the project the risk log need only be 4 characters long.

Why, because my projects don't fail? Because I don't use gobbledygook to hide my incompetence or shortcomings (*)? Because I am a professional who has been doing this for more years than I want to and so can tell who's a numpty and who's not? Because I can deliver what is required even with inadequate resources? C'mon, explain in words of less than one syllable if you can?
