I think this article sums up a Vegan diet.
How our vegan diet made us ill - Healthy Living - Health & Families - The Independent
Whatever you do don´t subject your kids to one.
My father was an aneasthetist and he said that they knew which accident victim was a vegetarian as soon as they opened them up. That put me off.
Not convinced of the health benefits at all.I'm alright JackComment
