Thats right....I called you a silly tit!

you are encouraging him to cheat on his missus.

someone honest would have bitten the bullet and dumped a) before going anywhere near b) --- and risk being left alone in order to show some respect for current partner a).

this is why england is going to the dogs because of mugs like you who dont value integrity - ie.doing what you said you'd do and not being snide behind peoples backs.

Sandy, didn't forum legend way back have it that you had killed your husband for the insurance money?

Moose - I've just spent 10 minutes going through this post from end-to-end and, despite what others may think, I believe that telling someone that you've been attracted to for years of your true feelings is an act of immense courage.

I wanted to do it and didn't some years ago and as a result the one person in my whole life that I wanted more than life itself is now married to someone else.

            Well done.

I have just realised how complex other peoples love lives are compared to mine.. My story is a simple one..boy meets girl at pub, both of us are drunk, we snog, I ask her out for dinner the next weekend, we start dating then we get maried.

Maybe I need more zip! Nah.. sounds like hard work.

Right. Update time. For those who are interested.

                b) told me I need to move on, and was worried I was getting mixed messages from her.

So that's that I guess. Next.

So how does it make you feel Moose? Doesn't matter what the rest of us feel, we who are feeling your pain vicariously - what about you?

I knew deep down that she doesn't feel the same, but there was always that spark of hope that she would. So I'm a little sad, but I need to get over it and get on with my life. Actually, more than a little sad. A lot sad.

Excuse me while I go and kick the cat.
