Heh, my hubby is a surgeon, we first met in the operating theatre when I was a student nurse, you know in the theatre people dress up with scrubs and gowns cover their heads and face with masks, the only bits he saw of me for a long while were my eyes, and in spite of that he still liked me enough to pursue a relationship, we had some rough times and split, but we are back together for a while now.

Moose - I've just spent 10 minutes going through this post from end-to-end and, despite what others may think, I believe that telling someone that you've been attracted to for years of your true feelings is an act of immense courage.

I knew deep down that she doesn't feel the same, but there was always that spark of hope that she would. So I'm a little sad, but I need to get over it and get on with my life. Actually, more than a little sad. A lot sad.
