Waitrose sell rosé veal. It's the rosé bit that's the key to this I understand - the veal crate was to ensure that the meat produced was as white as possible by eliminating exercise from the animals life (and restricting their diet). With rosé meat, the animal is allowed a more natural existence, before being chopped up and eaten. Which i'm sure it appreciates, but not as much as I do.

Yep, and rosé veal is much, much better for pastrami. In fact, I wouldn't want a white veal pastrami.

I had a few pints with my mates I made in the pub in Jersey before Christmas, then went for a solo curry. Curry took 20mins as they know I like to only order a main and Fook off. Then I was back in the pub with me mates to talk football.

This evening; an OK carpaccio followed by rather delicious rack of lamb. There was one bloody amazing bird in the gym before dinner too. I am a contented contractor right now.
