If you do, can you change the 'spreading it around' rules which simply encourage rep sluttery and dodgy morals.

For someone who fully utilizes their rep quota, they can re-rep the same person after two days. For someone who reps when they see a post worthy of rep, it can take months to spread it about enough. Can't you just put a 48hr delay on re-repping the same person and remove the spreading about rule?
