I think it invovled being informative and witty - skills since (mostly) lost. There are still the odd exceptions, but neither of them seem to be posting today.

I voted for a reset. It'll spice things up a bit.

I'd like to see a change to the rules so that we could rep the same people more often as well. There aren't enough people worth repping to spread it around IMO.
