If eating meat isn't what our bodies are 'designed' for, eating cooked food damn sure isn't either.
When you've started a fire using your bare teeth let us all know.
I'm sure the cavemen sorted out fire a few thousand years ago...

There isn´t a great deal of difference between raw veganism and veganism. The family were having supplements, and what about the Scottish kid being admitted to hospital with rickets, and the spine of an 80 year old. There´s no cure for that.
Isn´t it easier just to give them a balanced diet than waiting for them to have stunted growth or rickets, both of which are irreversible.

I heard of one teenage girl wanting to be a vegan. She had nut and wheat allergies. Lasted about four days (before she realised that some life-style choices aren't avaiable to everyone).

Yeah, of course nuts and wheat are the only food options for a vegan![]()
