A lot of this is down to police resources, but also a lack of a sense of accountability. If cyclists were forced to register with the likes of the DVLA and display some sort of registration mark that could be picked up by ANPR cameras, cyclists would start to behave.

Plenty of registered car drivers behave badly though they are registered. Though admitedly cyclists are worse.

Blame police resources if you want, but at the end of the day you need citizens to behave responsibly on their own accord now and again. Without a nanny state. And in this chav nation that is asking alot. The sooner I move to a decent country to better.

        Yes. And No.

        The vegetarian option.

Exactly. A country full of tossers will be a country full of tossers however they get to work. But nice guys finish last, especially in the UK where it's "tough tulip" if someone beats you to it by being a bit of a ****.

We are reaping what we have sown.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

Joggers are a problem down my way. There's a park close by, which means the pavement is open season even though they shun the park.

Do you ever stop whining? Why don't you leave if you hate it so much?

I haven't much experience of European cities, but from what little I do have, antisocial behaviour does seem less to non-existent. Is it a British phenomenon? They also seem to be able to leave their bikes out at night, which is a sight to behold.

I wasn't actually referring to you on this occasion. Don't take it so personally.

I'm not. Just curious as to what makes you such a negative person.
