In parts of Asia, piggy toilets exist (or used to exist). So human faeces go down a shute where they are eaten by the eagerly awaiting snuffling piggies.
When the piggies go fat they are killed and made into sausages, and the cycle continues.
Recycling at its best.

What you want to do, as my colleagues do every Friday morning here in the office, boil their Weißwurst (all 40 or so) in a big pan of boiling water.

Sorted, evenly cooked sausage. I tried one nearly hurled.

Takes too long though. You know what they say. The english sausages are cooked, but the wurst is yet to come....

They are quite nice with a weissbeir and brezn.

You don't boil them though, they burst. It's just warm / hot water to warm them up.

It's to do with the curvature of the animal intestines used as casings I imagine.

Yes, it’s nice to know that the sausage skin was once used to carry animal poo.
