        Actually it's not a linear progression. Plus it's about the return on investment on the amount risked. Equity Market is lethal at the moment and ive returned plus 20% in a market that's fallen 21% trading ranges. We can't all be geniuses like you and DP.

                I would warrant that they already have more savings in their child trust fund, savings accounts, current accounts and 5 year bonds than you have as a deposit for your flat.
