Well, this is definitely about women. Albeit a subject that normally makes men stick their fingers in their ears and go "la la la, I can't hear you".

What about haemophiliacs? Although, it's a dumb derogatory joke really. Why can't you trust them? Why would you trust an animal to begin with?
