It's been a big problem down that way for many years. I remember a friend of mine told me that he was going to St Ives one day when he met a man with seven wives, and each wife had seven sacks, and each sack had seven cats, and each cat had seven kits. Kits, cats, sacks, wives... absolute mayhem. He couldn't get his car through there at all.In some tourist towns in Cornwall, streets are full of pedestrians during the summer. Literally full, like in the London marathon almost. Cars have to edge their way through.
St. Ives is an example, anyone been? I used to live there.
