St. Ives is an example, anyone been? I used to live there.
It's been a big problem down that way for many years. I remember a friend of mine told me that he was going to St Ives one day when he met a man with seven wives, and each wife had seven sacks, and each sack had seven cats, and each cat had seven kits. Kits, cats, sacks, wives... absolute mayhem. He couldn't get his car through there at all.

But why you might ask? It is a one-horse town in need of a new horse!
