The lack of IR35 knowledge of some of these characters is astounding too. Several of them are still claiming travel expenses after 2 years. Thing is some of these guys are sick of the job, well why are they still here? FFS!Originally posted by Xenophon

well do you think people get lazy, and when a contract ext. is offered they just except it without thinking, I need to keep my skills upto date, move on, move up etc....... if you work for example in .Net you'll be able to keep your skills up anyway

It'a a risk based decision innit? Do I take the extension with a strong possibility of extending again and again, or do I take a new contract and take the risk of no extension in 3 or 6 months.
We're all different and will make our own decisions so no-ones in a position to judge or condemn!!
