Reminds me of something I saw on TV years ago. Some IT geek in America had a bunch of cosmetic surgery because he thought it would get him a girlfriend. He had liposuction to get rid of the fat and loads of silicon implants put in to make it look like he was bulging with muscle.

They visited him 6 months later and he was still single, had put all the weight back on and looked ridiculous. Why you would want to have fake muscles I can't imagine.... Surely any girl who started groping him would realise it didn't feel right and be quite put off (Not that he'd ever got that far from all accounts)

Any of the girls out there got a view on this? How would you feel if when you groped that hunk with the chiselled physique you found out that what you thought were rough tough man muscles where actually squidgy lumps of silicone.....
