Moose dude,
For starters don’t let this get you down. I guess I can understand the fear of telling b) face to face, and not having the reaction you wanted. I guess this is the reason you did it via MSN.
It would be prudent that you do give her a call or leave her a voice message at the least. Nothing major needs to be said but do organise a meet up to have a talk about it face to face. You have started the snowball rolling down the hill, where it goes is up to you."Wait, I still function!"Comment

this is a step backwards. if she says YES she is weak because she goes for blokes who cheat on women and therefore has low self esteem. his current missus has stuck with him through 6 years of this madness and is therefore a good bird in my book.
I think you need to be sitting down face-to-face with B and explain your feelings. She still thinks you're joking, and doing it over MSN does not really convey an impression of seriousness, so you need to sort out things with her now. Explain the situation at home, although some women will never fall for the "my wife doesn't understand me / I'm only there for the kids / can I just grope your t1ts" lines (allegedly). You need to see what she thinks, and determine where you are going to go from here - if she is interested, then rather than embark on some kind of affair, I would suggest that you both need to separate from your respective partners before getting together.
Once you've spoken to B, then you REALLY need to sort things out at home. Whatever B says, you have crossed a threshold from maybe thinking about leaving to really wanting to go. You need to take the plunge and move on.
Best of luck.
Take care of yourself, and each other. etc. etc.Comment
