bit like my whole day.Originally posted by VectraManI like the way you start off healthy, then end up eating and drinking crap.
I start off with Special K, pint of milk, OJ, apple and a banana.
Lunch is also healthy and i drink water all day.
When it hits 3.30-4.00 and I'm bored out of my head I can hear the vending machine calling me. Coke and BBQ Hula hoops. Bollox.
Thing is I've got a draw full of fruit and nut bars so when the above urge starts I should be eating those instead.Comment

I used to have a magic lunch-box.
I'd come home in the evening and leave it on the kitchen worktop.
In the morning it would be in the fridge, filled with food.
This started soon after I got married, but didn't last for very long.Comment

And this is Max, the schoolboy who leads an exciting double-life.
For when Max eats a banana, an amazing transformation occurs.
Max is Bananaman, ever alert for the call to action.Last edited by Maxamus; 26 June 2007, 12:38.Keep it clean!!!Comment
