I thought the dignity was lost when 6 weeks ago it was all ... I'm leaving, got interviews lined up (my experience is you won't get a contract interview 6 weeks out, 2 weeks at best ... but your IT roles may be different), never staying here unless she goes etc .... but apparently a 10% uplift on an average rate was enough all along.

I think what Lance is on about is that although your testicles get smaller your nut sack gets saggy so it appears to the naked eye your gonads have increased in size, which I would imagine is quite true.

I was horrified to find this while I was researching. Running has been uncomfortable most of my life so could be hanging up my running shoes in the near future.
