Have you read the Bitcointalk thread for Forcecoin Scoots? There's already been a hard fork due to a dodgy dev and some people are saying their wallets aren't connecting to master nodes? Seems a bit suspect to me!

The algo is SCRYPT (same as litecoin), so you'll ideally want an ASIC for that.

No, I've not heard about that. Following the Discord channel, many more active users.

There's about 9 developers working on the project at the minute. Yes it's a gamble, but it's how a lot of my positions began. I recall buying my first Monero (XMR) for ~$0.50 a pop this time last year.
