If I've read that correctly then I've been looking at it.
My thought process was...
Some alts can be bought with either BTC or ETH.
If one of them is over/undervalued, then there might be a route to profit by going (for example) down ETH to you r alt and then from there into BTC and back out to USD...making a profit just from price variations.
The calcs I've done show it doesn't really work (maybe a $ difference or so) in the examples I've chosen.
What I am doing at the moment is holding a couple of ALTs that can be bought with BTC or USD and then seening which way is the most profitable exit point. USD price may drop but the BTC price may go up. As long as BTC price hasn't dropped to compensate then it's worth exiting through BTC to USD.
Not sure if this will work but I'm trying it as I'm holding the ALTs anyway

Just BCC and ETC for me. Might as well be in there than USD as BTC is still making up it's mind.

Another strategy I'm thinking about is long term hold vs short term speculate/accumulate vs cashing out as I go along (in case it all comes crashing down). More to follow on this...

Been looking into ETN (Electroneum), very interesting idea and I think it has some real potential. Currently at about $0.07 and only available on Cryptopia exchange as the ICO coins don’t get distributed until Wednesday.

I expect the price to drop to as low as $0.04 with the initial dump but can see this being a $10 to $30 Coin in 12 months time.

Anyone done any research on this one? Would welcome a second opinion.

The team is a bit shady, not technically adept but they have a great PR and Marketing team. It is also British and based on the 2nd best, currently working privacy coin, Monero.

It is worth a punt but I would wait a week after the wallets open before you load up the dump truck.

Just my own thoughts but....using the previous trend line (from before this manic stage) and assuming the downward channel (i know it's roughly drawn) stays about the same, we should see about 12.5k this evening
who knows what the US will do to this idea though

Bought some LTC too. Was bored of having a large chunk in USDT not doing anything. Bought not long after it started to rise @ $176.

Also some ETC. Not many options to trade with USDT compared to BTC.
