How are people cashing out their crypto to GBP these days?

I've been using Coinbase but I'm getting fed up with poor rates, commission charges and now they've just asked me for a huge swathe of personal information (three months bank accounts etc - way over what's required for KYC). I'm reluctant to share that kind of information with anyone apart from the taxman so I'm looking for pastures new.

I'm using Uphold, not the best looked into Kraken as well but CBA to set up another account and KYC etc.

ETH has just dipped under 3K, BTC is teetering on 40k, which are both pretty big psychological levels.

Not been following the news the last few weeks, it's just been crash after crash with a slow decline in-between as far as I can see! Is it all over?
