WTFH is not depressed though, this thread has been used as a vehicle to proffer how great WTFH's life is. -

The oven came with the house. We didn't buy the oven. It's been in this house for at least 25 years.
The house is in an area where we can't get gas. Oil and electric are the only options.…Maybe we ain’t that young anymoreComment

You were the one who chose to pick up on my reply and turn the thread into that. Other posters who talked about what they enjoyed about this time of year, or what they did to avoid depression, you chose not to focus on them. So, who is so obsessed with me that they had to make these personal attacks, and then try to blame me for it?Originally posted by minestrone View PostWTFH is not depressed though, this thread has been used as a vehicle to proffer how great WTFH's life is.…Maybe we ain’t that young anymoreComment

Ski season starts in a few weeks. If work slacks off a bit, I can take a few weekdays out to supplement the weekends. Usually a bit of sun in the mountains.

Will it help cure your depression if we do?Originally posted by minestrone View PostShall we walk through your false premise together?
If so:
1. We did not buy a new oven.
2. We bought a house.
3. The oven, like the doors, fireplaces, electrical wiring and plumbing is built into the house. It would have cost the previous owners more money to remove it from the house than the oven is worth.…Maybe we ain’t that young anymoreComment

You mean you've always done what you're told and never thunk for yourself. Ouch.
