WHS. Nothing more depressing than hearing about how great it's going for somebody else. Surely someone here must have a life so sucky it'll cheer the rest of us up.

As others have said take a holiday.

Skiing, do you know how, do you do? No it's not expensive, no it's not posh.

There's a course not far from me, 6 weekends from January. Folks usually fly out from the UK to attend. Point is it's rather awesome as you'll make new friends. About 30+ folks stay in a old farmhouse in Austria each weekend. Super social carryon. It's a great way to get through the beginning of winter.

If so:
1. We did not buy a new oven.
2. We bought a house.
3. The oven, like the doors, fireplaces, electrical wiring and plumbing is built into the house. It would have cost the previous owners more money to remove it from the house than the oven is worth.
