I think Welcome/FAQ might be the safest bet for me on this forum. I was hoping nobody would respond to my last post by the way and especially those who claim not to have read it.

I know someone on another forum who does nothing but welcome newbies. He lives a simple but happy life.

I always thought that was laugh at everyone. Change a few posts to humiliate people. Roll dice to decide punishment for minor offences. And ban anyone who actually causes you to do any work.
