    I wouldn't sign up with BT for ten minutes, never mind a year. They are (based on my many personal experiences) worse than even British Gas for not providing a reliable service and not caring less about customers.

    I am with Zen on the basis that I only pay for a month at a time and so as soon as they are no good, I can go elsewhere - this seems to work as they have been far superior to BT in every way.

      Zen here too. It's the 20GB version (just looked and I've used 4GB this month, and that's high I think). I can't understand why anybody, let alone overpaid tax-avoiding IT Contractor scum would put up with a lesser service just to save a couple of pounds a month.

      Providing internet is expensive. Anyone doing it for a low price is cutting some big corners.
      Will work inside IR35. Or for food.
