Well its taken 3 days to get confirmation but its now been confirmed that I have got the contract I got last Friday.... So I clear out today at 4pm and join an even bigger disaster on more money nearer home on June 2nd :banana: -
Ba-Ba-Boom
Just coming to the end of six months of a WFH (mostly) gig. Done three weeks on site and the rest WFH. Six month extension came through today. Same money, same WFH agreement. I call that a Boom ! :smokin- TestMangler

Got turned down for a gig I really had my heart set on on Wed, but yesterday won a gig on the back of one of those pesky telephone interviews I was on about recently. Also, got the agent to take on the PCG contract template, and he's using the client side one too which he thought was better... -

8 miles from home, 65% more than current gig. Happy. Something close to home suits at the moment with family situation to be honest. Not main skill-set (which pays more) so being away from that for a little is a slight concern. And they've said plans are 3 months only until end of project...- psychocandy

Got an email from pimp that my contract has been extended by another three weeks, heard nothing from ClientCo but I expected it was coming due to change in go live date, but hey, its all good for me finishing end of June and then taking the summer off! -

Contract renewal came through including a hard fought for rate increase! So I can afford to buy some other people presents for Christmas as well as myself ... well maybe ....- MyUserName

Boomed, I guess
New contract, start next week, London. Have really enjoyed being at home for the past 2 months and finding it hard to summon up the enthusiasm. :o So does the Ship & Shovel still host a CUK night every Thursday? -
Oh and boomed btw
Got another gig to go to. In London. Big name. Doing BPM stuff with BA bent, but possible development required also which tickles my fancy. 3 months initially. P.O.P. to get to. Should stop me pissing and moaning about having nothing to do. :happy
