Planning to ditch Cater allen and open a business direct account with HSBC which they say is free and much secure.As told by previous members, CA did refund the money quite quickly,but insisted that it is not from their side that the security breach happened.was thinking of opening an account...- schindler

Thats what I thought so and now thinking of opening business account with other banks and spread the money around,so that even if it happens again and the money is not recoverable the damage is minimal....what free business bank account would the members suggest? abbey,A&L seem to offer free...- schindler

So what do u suggest? leave it like that and let HMRC handle it? In any case there is the flate rate VAT savings that I will lose(although it is not much!)- schindler
