Always a difficult one - being the awkward contractor who thinks hes special always looks bad I've found. I always help out if I can. Got stitched up in last place so should learn my lesson. Mrs is a nurse and used to work for the ambulance service so a different perspective. A LOT of timewasters. She'd regularly get calls from people demanding an ambulance because "its not my job to get to the hospital thats what you lot are for". Went to Gone Wild music festival a few years ago. Its was on the bbc/in the papers at the time because it was such a shambles. Complete disaster. So I (And loads of others) asked for a refund. NOPE. Got to be fair NLUK is not wrong here.... For a change. IR35 has been around for years now. And yes it costs more for travel/hotels etc if you can't claim it as expenses - but as NLUK says its not news. On the plus side, Covid has had a massive positive effect for some of us.
