Who to 'complain' to?
Can she do a data protection request to virgin to ask for the numbers of everyone who's phoned her in the last few months? That might help you find out which numbers to block. Automatically blocking numbers with no caller ID is called "anonymous caller rejection", not sure what Virgin charge... -

Doesn't it require proof of residence abroad (e.g. a foreign passport) to be used as ID when you activate it? -

Add it to the technical debt register and raise it at the next review of said register. If such a thing does not exist, instigate it, and explain why its a good idea (i.e. why technical debt is a bad thing). -

Been a few times. Making small amounts of money at blackjack is fairly easy if you follow simple rules, but gets boring after a while. Enjoyable to do very occasionally (less than once a year) but cant understand people going regularly. -

Perfect meatballs
This works pretty well: Beef meatball recipe: Recipes: Good Food Channel Meatballs should be smaller than a golf ball otherwise it's hard to shallow fry them evenly. I usually use a lot more red wine than suggested. -
