Apparently I've passed the background checks, and am to be issued with a pass, and a ClientCorp laptop

I'll be able to go into town at lunchtime once I have the pass. Though there's no point going further than round the corner at the top of the road, as that's where the nearest Greggs is

A bit further than that and I'd end up at the Trip to Jerusalem, which would be too tempting…

When I was in Bristol about nine years ago, I was amazed at how many Greggs there were - it seemed like there was one every couple of streets in the city centre.

Now it seems to be like that everywhere.
